Assessments

2023 Maintenance Fees are $295.95

Please remember. The annual assessments are due each year by the 20th of February.

The assessment policy includes late charges for all payments that are not received on a timely basis. The late fee starts at $20.00 and then increases monthly.

The annual budget is funded from the annual assessments received. If the funds are not received on a timely matter, the Association is unable to pay our expenses. Funds are used to maintain our common areas, bike path, wet lands, property management and insurance.

**NEW** Special Assessment

For the 2023 through 2025 budget years, a special assessment will be collected to help manage the Wetland area. Pizzo and Associates and the Board have an agreement for the wetlands for a 3 year project.  For more detailed information, please see the letter that was sent to your home or check association documents on the website.
